Using IF-WS2 fullerene pure water as a cutting fluid, Power Precision International has successfully developed a unique precision mirror processing technology. This advancement has assisted domestic semiconductor-related companies in the successful development of: (1) high vacuum (10^-14 torr) nickel-based mirror components, (2) space thruster mirror polishing parts, (3) micro-aperture 0.04 mm tungsten steel nozzles, (4) ultra-thin (0.2 µm) diamond (Hv8000) coating molds, (5) mirror (Ra 0.01) ceramic elements for semiconductors, and (6) anti-stick (low-order antenna) tungsten knives for optoelectronics.
The company's current sales agent business includes particle polishing and upgrading equipment from SandMaster in Switzerland, sandblasting polishing machines from Toyang in Japan, lubrication additives from IF-WS2 in Israel, and diamond tools from UNION Tool in Japan. We maintain long-term technical cooperation with the Metal Industry Research Center and collaborate with industry partners such as ITRI, Hitachi Metals, and Fuji Manufacturing.
