Another successful independent field test has been conducted.

After operating its diesel engine under normal conditions and during standard hours, it was demonstrated that the addition of the NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive reduced metal contact and eliminated elements that could cause friction.

When using the NanoLub® AC-1000AW/AF additive, the Generoca team discovered that there were almost no metal particles in the samples they analyzed, and wear was significantly reduced.

This is most noticeable when lead particles decrease from 3 PPM to 0 PPM.

At the same time, it effectively enhances the zinc and phosphorus content of Generoca's current lubricating oil, which also functions as an anti-wear and antioxidant agent.

The dispersion properties of the NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive facilitate the suspension of dirt and other components, such as silicon, to prevent additional adhesion to internal metal surfaces, thereby avoiding the formation of sludgy accumulations.

At the same time, Generoca also discovered that our additives increase Total Base Number (TBN), enhancing resistance to acids that cause oxidation and demonstrating reduced corrosive properties.

Our NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive generates over $18,000 per month in energy savings and profit.

With these results, Generoca estimates that by adding NanoLub® to one of its diesel engines, it will achieve nearly $221,000 in additional energy savings and profit by the end of the year.
