NanoLub® EP PLUS Grease LiX #2 is a high-quality, ultra-strong IF-WS2 formulated lubricating grease specifically designed for the most demanding extreme pressure (EP) applications.

This potent, fully formulated lubricating grease is designed to perform under the most extreme conditions, featuring an increased concentration of multi-layered, nano fullerene-like WS2 particles. Under extreme pressure conditions, solid IF-WS2 particles adhere to metal surfaces, effectively reducing friction and wear while offering excellent load-carrying capacity.

The product is certified by GC LB.
It has received automotive application approval from the National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI) in the United States.
Due to the extremely low treatment rate of our IF WS2 particles, we will be able to obtain H1 certification.

NanoLub® is formulated using proprietary technology that incorporates solid, multi-layered, fullerene-like WS2 nanoparticles.
These unique multi-layered IF-WS2 nanoparticles are renowned for their exceptional resistance to temperature (ranging from -270°C to 450°C), impact (up to 5,076,000 PSI), and pressure (up to 4,263,000 PSI). This remarkable durability enables them to function effectively under extreme conditions, including high and ultra-low temperatures, elevated pressure and vacuum, significant loads, high speeds, intense radiation, and corrosive environments.


Due to their size (50-200 nm) and the morphology of IF-WS2 nanoparticles, they effectively fill the irregularities and rough surfaces of metals, offering exceptional load-bearing and anti-wear properties. Under high loads (> 1 GPa), the surface layer detaches from the balls, creating a thin protective layer of WS2 on the metal surface, which reduces friction and wear between the metals.
